Meet Bartosz Tomicki

I am Bartosz Tomicki, founder of Now Lift and a personal trainer working with clients in and around Eindhoven.

My coaching is built around individual attention, structured planning and long-term results. I work with people who want to get stronger, move better and feel more confident in their body without extremes, confusion or random training.

Many of my clients are busy professionals, expats and people who want a realistic approach to fitness that supports both health and performance in everyday life.

My approach

Every client starts from a different place. That is why training should never be generic.

At Now Lift, each programme is based on your goals, training background, lifestyle and how your body currently moves. I use a structured assessment process to look at posture, movement quality and individual limitations, so the training plan is built around what you actually need.
