The Joint Health & Mobility Program is designed for adults 30+ who want to stay active, improve mobility, and reduce joint discomfort in knees, hips, shoulders, or back. This program focuses on safe, effective movements that improve posture, stability, and daily function.

This program is for you if:

  • You experience joint pain or stiffness in knees, hips, shoulders, or back

  • You want pain-free movement for daily activities

  • You want to prevent injuries and maintain long-term mobility

  • You prefer guided, safe exercises instead of guessing what’s safe to do

What’s included:

  • 1–2 personal training sessions per week

  • Individual mobility, stability, and joint-strength plan

  • Exercises targeting safe ranges of motion

  • Posture correction and movement quality coaching

  • Home exercise plan for extra mobility

  • Training in Basic-Fit gyms in Eindhoven or Veldhoven
